Pilates is a low-impact workout effective at strengthening, lengthening and toning your muscles through controlled, repetitive movements.

This course will teach you that there are many advantages to incorporating Pilates into your workout routine from increased strength to improved mobility and posture. 

Pilates is a great foundation to any type of movement you do and can be used at any phase of life. Whether you are an older adult just starting to exercise, an elite athlete or somewhere in between, the focus on building core strength, proper alignment and the mind-body connection makes Pilates accessible to everyone.

Observing my class members, constantly making modifications to make sure they work within their pain free range of movement. I help clients to improve their strength, mobility, flexibility and posture, with Pilates and exercise.
