This class will be gentle and will move through movements that help to strengthen and stretch the body. There will also be opportunities to adapt these movements and progress at your own speed. The class is perfect for beginners and people wanting to try something new. We will move with the breath and use some poses to calm the mind. 

Please complete a health questionnaire and bring to the first class if you haven't already done one in previous terms.

My name is Kate and I am a Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative and Hatha Yoga Teacher. When I am not practicing/teaching/learning about yoga I love spending time in nature with my rescue dog Mia, reading books with a good old cuppa, eating any food I can get my hands on and going to the cinema.
