Paediatric First Aid and Babysitting (Year 8 - Year 11) NEW

The course content will include 
The rights of the Family and the Baby sitter
Accident prevention
Baby care skills & Child protection issues
Personal safety, dealing with emergencies in the home
First Aid including: The recovery position, infant and child resuscitation, choking, dealing with injuries, and defibrillator training

Students will also receive a St John's Ambulance Part 1 First aid and CPR certificate, and a certificate in babysitting competency
