Welcome to our Life-Improving Eco-Based workshop, designed to help you cultivate healthy lifestyle by embracing natural, sustainable practices that benefit both you and the planet.

In this workshop, you’ll explore a holistic approach to well-being in your home environment and your physical health by eliminating those 'Nasties' cited by toxicologists that have an impact on your health. 

This course will provide information and food for thought on how to replace convenient commercial products we have become accustomed to and with practical eco-friendly alternatives, including some ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (Yoga wisdom), providing insights into balancing your mind, body, and spirit through diet, lifestyle, and natural remedies.

By the end of this course, you’ll be empowered with practical tools to live more sustainably, naturally, and in harmony with your environment.

Michelle Mangeolles

Michelle is a certified and licenced Iyengar Yoga Teacher (qualifiying in 2007) and Iyengar Yoga practitioner, trained and nurtured by local senior teachers and members of The Iyengar family since finding Yoga in 1998.
Iyengar Yoga is named so after Yogacharya Sri B.K.S. Iyengar of Pune, who developed a style of yoga which is attentive to correct alignment of the body. This form of practice is safe whilst improving your flexibilty and strength. Iyengar set the standard for his teachers and students and his textbooks on yoga are now classics.
