Dance fitness is a fun and energetic class, combining low and high intensity moves for a great workout to even better music. Easy to follow choreography focusing on balance, co-ordination, agility but most importantly enjoyment! Tone up and strengthen your in this fun, relaxed environment, where you can really let your inhibitions go, learn some new moves and meet some great people along the way.

Please also complete the health questionnaire and bring to your first class if you haven't done one previously

Miriam Dolben

Hi, I’m Miriam and I am a qualified Dance Teacher, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I started my journey out as a professionally trained dancer, studying at London Studio Centre and graduating with a BA Hons in 2016. I then continued my professional career performing at Disney Land Paris for a number of years as a character and parade performer, dancing in the parks numerous shows, special events and parades. I then took my love for performing and dance into the fitness industry, where I still centre my work around my love for dance and music. Exercise shouldn’t be seen as a chore, but an opportunity to move and nourish your body physically as well as mentally. For me, fitness isn’t about the aesthetic…it’s about the way it makes you feel and most importantly it’s about having fun. I can’t wait for you all to join me and get moving together.
