Dance fitness is a fun and energetic class, combining low and high intensity moves for a great workout to even better music. Easy to follow choreography focusing on balance, co-ordination, agility but most importantly enjoyment! Tone up and strengthen your in this fun, relaxed environment, where you can really let your inhibitions go, learn some new moves and meet some great people along the way.
