This aerobic, full body workout will have you moving and shaking your way through a fun filled 45-minutes. The session will be divided into different tracks, exploring a range of dance styles, genres and musicality. Dance Yourself Fit is a feel-good class and the overall intensity varies depends on your own personal ability. Get ready to hit the dance floor!

(All you will need is some sensible footwear such as trainers, water, yourself and your dancing feet)

Please also complete the health questionnaire and bring to your first session if you haven't done one previously

Miriam Dolben

Hi, I’m Miriam and I am a qualified Dance Teacher, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I started my journey out as a professionally trained dancer, studying at London Studio Centre and graduating with a BA Hons in 2016. I then continued my professional career performing at Disney Land Paris for a number of years as a character and parade performer, dancing in the parks numerous shows, special events and parades. I then took my love for performing and dance into the fitness industry, where I still centre my work around my love for dance and music. Exercise shouldn’t be seen as a chore, but an opportunity to move and nourish your body physically as well as mentally. For me, fitness isn’t about the aesthetic…it’s about the way it makes you feel and most importantly it’s about having fun. I can’t wait for you all to join me and get moving together.
